Club objectives
To encourage and promote the selective breeding of purebred Salukis and to do all possible to preserve their natural qualities.
To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Salukis shall be judged.
To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of Salukis and to encourage sportsmanlike competition.
To conduct sanctioned matches, dog shows, obedience trials, lure courses and tracking tests under the rules of the American Kennel Club.
To disseminate information pertaining to the care, ownership and training of Salukis.
